Business Meeting
6:30 Tuesday, March 7, 2023
Present: Herb, Liz, Deb, Pam D, Dan A, John D, Siobhan
The meeting was opened with the serenity prayer.
NEW BUSINESS:
New Chairpersons:Herb will remain as the webmaster chair and Dan A. was nominated as the new business meeting chair. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
Hosts and co-hosts are still needed
For the time being, the m suggestion for a meditation to be held weekly after one of the meetings has been put on hold.
GSR Report: Deb reported on the district 20 meeting, of which Al D is the head. There were suggestions at the meeting that it may go back to zoom due to low attendance.
Secretary Report: Siobhan reported that the minutes from the February Business meeting on the website. A motion was made to approve the February Minutes and was accepted unanimously.
Treasurer Report: Liz reports that the current balance is $213.16. A motion was made to accept the Treasurer’s report and was passed unanimously.
Coins and Books Report:
Meeting adjourned at 7:00 pm.
